Enhancing Invoice Accuracy and Receipt Clarity for Membership Patients

It would be helpful if membership payments were reflected in the patient’s credit balance. This way, when updating an invoice for a patient on a membership, we could deduct directly from their credit instead of processing a "write-off." While staff knows the patient is on a membership, the invoices currently don’t accurately reflect this, as it appears we’re writing off all their visits. Additionally, when patients request receipts, it would be ideal to provide one that clearly and logically shows their membership payment and usage.
