Access Patient Portal

Providers or practices can access the zHealth Patient Portal only when they opt for the online appointment booking feature of zHealth. The Patient Portal can be used by new patients to fill their intake forms from the comfort of their homes or at the frontdesk tablet. By accessing the patient portal, you get to know how patients view the Patient Portal.


How to Access Patient Portal

1. Access your zHealth Dashboard. Hover the cursor over to your name. A drop-down menu will open. Click on Update Info.



2. By default, you will at the Facility > Facility Details tab. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Under the
Frontdesk/self Check-in section, you will be able to see the username and password for the patient portal. Note down the username and password on a piece of paper or notepad.



3. Now open a new tab in your Chrome Browser. Type zhealthehr.com. Click Enter.

Enter the username and password you noted down in the above step. Click log in once done.

You will be able to login to the zHealth Patient Portal.

Patients can use their 10-digit mobile number to login to their profile.

This is the same mobile number that they would have used to book an online appointment with your practice.



FAQs

Q: Why is the patient encountering a blank screen while filling out forms on the patient portal?
A: This issue may occur when there's no upcoming appointment scheduled or if the current appointment time has already passed. If this happens again, please consider rescheduling or adjusting the appointment to a future time, especially if you're running behind schedule or if the patient arrives late.
