If you want to add or change an appointment for any patient, you can do that easily from the Scheduler, Patient Chart, and Next Appointment section in the Patient Chart.

A. Add Appointments from Patient Search Results
1a. To add an appointment for any patient, type the first or last name of the patient at the top search box. Click Enter. b. From the Patient Search Results, find the patient for whom you want to add an appointment. Click the "Add Appointment" button.
2. You will be directed to the Add Appointment Screen on the Scheduler Dashboard. You will see the Patient Name for whom you are adding an appointment. Next, complete the following details to add an appointment: a. Select Provider b. Select Start Date & Time for the appointment c. Select Appointment Option d. Select Patient Type e. Enter the appointment duration and chief complaint Click "Confirm" to add the appointment. The appointment is added now.
B. Add an Appointment from the Patient Chart
1. To add an appointment for any patient, visit the Patient Chart. Click the "Add Appointment" button as shown here.
2. You will be directed to the Add Appointment Screen on the Scheduler Dashboard. You will see the Patient Name for whom you are adding an appointment. Next, complete the following details to add an appointment: a. Select Provider b. Select Start Date & Time for the appointment c. Select Appointment Option d. Select Patient Type e. Enter the appointment duration and chief complaint Click "Confirm" to add the appointment. The appointment is added now.
C. Change Appointment from the Scheduler
1. Search the appointment that you want to change or edit. Click the "Settings" icon as shown here. A pop-up window opens. Click on the "Change" button.
2. You will be redirected to the "Change Appointment" Screen. Edit or change the following details as required: a. Select or change Provider b. Change date and time c. Change Appointment Option if required d. Change or edit Patient Type e. Add Appointment Duration if required f. Add Chief Complaint and Sch Reason g. Click "Confirm" to proceed The appointment is changed now.
D. Change Appointment from the Patient Chart's Next Appointment Section
1. Visit the Patient Chart of the patient for whom you want to change an appointment. Click "More" for Next Appointment option as shown here.
2. A pop-up window will open. Go to the Upcoming Appointments section. Find the appointment that you want to change. Click the "Edit" icon as shown here.
