1. Access the zHealth Dashboard. Hover the cursor over to your name. A drop-down menu will open. Click on the third option - Update Info - from the drop-down menu.

2. In the Update Info window, click on the second tab -
Provider
. On the top right side of the screen, you will see "Add User is Now Under User Management" message.

Depending on the user type you select, there are specific details that you need to add to the provider profile before you can add the provider to your facility.
Appointment Clerk: Add an Appointment Clerk to your facility by providing Name, Title, Email, Username, and Password.
Massage Therapist: If you want to add a Massage Therapist, you need to provide some specific details like SOAP Note usage and claim submission and billing provider details along with Name, Title, Username, and Password.
Physical Therapist: If you want to add a Physical Therapist, you need to provide some specific details like SOAP Note usage and claim submission and billing provider details along with Name, Title, Username, and Password.
Physical Therapist Technician: If you want to add a Physcial Therapist Technician, you need to provide some specific details like SOAP Note usage and claim submission and billing provider details along with Name, Title, Username, and Password.
Office Manager: Add an Office Manager to your facility by providing Name, Title, Email, Username, and Password.
Biller: Add a Biller to your facility by providing Name, Title, Email, Username, and Password.
Chiropractic Assistant: If you have a Chiropractic Assistant in your facility, add him or her to your account by providing Name, Title, Email, Username, and Password.
Front Desk Staff: If you have a Front Desk Staff in your facility who manages the front desk, add him or her to your account by providing Name, Title, Email, Username, and Password.

4. Fill in the required details to add a new provider to your facility.
a. Choose Profile Image from your desktop/laptop/tablet
b. Organization Name will be your Facility Name. It will appear by default.
c. From the dropdown, select the User Type. From the six user types mentioned above, choose one.
d. If you want to give admin access to the provider, click ‘Yes’, otherwise click ‘No.’
e. Enter the title for the provider, such as Mr. for Front Desk Male Staff or Ms. for a Front Desk Female Staff.
f. Enter the First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name of the provider.
g. Enter the Email Address of the provider.
h. Enter the Username for the Provider.
i. Enter the Password for the Provider.
j. Enter SOAP notes and billing details.
k. Click ‘Save’ to save the provider details

5. Repeat all steps mentioned in point #4 to add new providers or staff to your facility.
