Adding a New Staff or User

In zHealth, you can add multiple users, such as appointment clerk, front desk person, biller, chiropractic assistants, physical therapy technician or office manager to your facility, without any additional fees at this time. You can create a separate user name and password for individual providers and allow them to access the main facility account. Please note that  the username needs to be unique across ALL users (active and inactive).

zHealth offers 5 user types to practices:
  1. Appointment Clerk
  2. Office Manager
  3. Biller
  4. Chiropractic Assistant
  5. Front Desk Person

Depending on the user type you select, there are specific details that you need to add to the user profile before you can add the user or staff to your facility.

  1. Appointment Clerk: Add an Appointment Clerk to your facility by providing Name, Title, Email, Username, and Password.

  2. Office Manager: Add an Office Manager to your facility by providing Name, Title, Email, Username, and Password.

  3. Biller: Add a Biller to your facility by providing Name, Title, Email, Username, and Password.

  4. Chiropractic Assistant: If you have a Chiropractic Assistant in your facility, add him or her to your account by providing Name, Title, Email, Username, and Password.

  5. Front Desk Staff: If you have a Front Desk Staff in your facility who manages the front desk, add him or her to your account by providing Name, Title, Email, Username, and Password.

1. To add a new user, hover the cursor over your name on the top right corner and click "User Management".

Next, click "Add User" on the top right side.

2. To add a new user, enter the following details:

a. Select type of user (Appointment Clerk, Biller, Front Desk Staff, Office Manager, or Chiropractic Assistant)
b. Select if you want to give admin access or not
c. Enter the title
d. Enter the full name of the user
e. Enter the user's email address
f. Enter the username
g. Enter the password
h. Click Save

A new user will be created.
