Birthday Report
This report provides an overview of all patients who have their birthdays in a given month.
Why you need it?
Use this report to know which patients have birthdays in the coming months and send them personalized Birthday Wishes.
 1. Access your zHealth account. On the Dashboard, you will see your name at the top right corner. Hover the cursor over to your name. A drop-down menu will open. Click on "Reports". |
2. On the Reports window, go to the Scheduling Reports section on the left side of the screen. Click on the first option - Birthday Reports. A pop-up window will open. |
3. Select the month from the dropdown menu. Then click 'Generate Report'. |
4. This is how the birthday report for the selected month will look like. |
Column Field Descriptions:
Field Name | Description |
Patient Name | This is the name of the patient |
Email Address | This is the email address of the patient |
Patient Address | This is the home address of the patient |
Phone | This is the first contact number of the patient which is there in Contact Details in the Patient Profile |
Birthday | This field indicates the date of birth of the patient |
Last Visit | The last visit date of the patient |
Active | Is the patient active (Y) or inactive (N)? |
