The 409 conflict error may occur when a transaction is still in QUEUED status, and the terminal cannot accept any new transaction requests. To resolve this issue, you must select the device and clear the QUEUED transaction(s). This will ensure that any pending transactions are cancelled, allowing new transactions to be processed.
