Clearing 409 Conflicts in zHealth Pay

What is 409 conflict?
The 409 conflict error may occur when a transaction is still in the QUEUED status, and the terminal cannot accept any new transaction requests. To resolve this issue, you must select the device and clear the QUEUED transaction(s). This will ensure that any pending transactions are cancelled, allowing new transactions to be processed. Here's how to do it:

1. Navigate to your account photo located in the upper-right corner of the header and click the Facility Settings button.

2. On the Facility Settings window, click on the last option "Edit zHPay Profile".

3. On the next screen, click "Clear 409 Conflicts" from the side navigation bar.

4. On the next screen, enter the following information to clear 409 conflicts:
a. Select the device
b. Click the "Clear Transactions" button.
