This report provides a detailed overview of appointments booked at your practice over a given period, including the name of patients who booked appointments, appointment IDs, appointment types and reasons, appointment statuses, provider names who treated the patients, and service location.
Use this report to get insights on the number of total appointments, number of missed appointments, most used appointment types, and much more.
1. Access your zHealth dashboard. Hover the cursor over to your name. A drop-down menu will open. |
2. On the Reports window, go to the Batch Reports section on the left side of the screen. Click on Detailed Appointments. A pop-up window will open. |
3. Enter the following details to generate a detailed appointments report: a. Select date range. b. Click 'Generate Report'. You will get a notification that says - "It can take a few minutes to generate the report. You will receive a notification once the report is generated and will be available in Message Center." |
4. The pop-up window will close automatically. Wait for a few seconds and then scroll up. Click on the small message icon on the top of the navigation bar on the right side of the screen. The first message here is the Detailed Appointments Report you generated. Click on the download link. Save the report to your computer or tablet. |

Field Name | Description |
Appointment ID | This is a system generated unique appointment ID |
Appointment Start Date | This is the unique identification number assigned to an appointment by the system. |
Appointment End Date | This column indicates the appointment start date and time |
Appointment Duration | This is the duration of the appointment |
Appointment Status | This field indicates the status of the appointment; is it a no-show, provider signed the note, invoice created, etc. |
Appointment Type | This column tells you about the type of appointment; is it a new appointment, existing patient adjustment, follow-up telehealth, etc. |
Appointment Reason | This field indicates the reason why the appointment was booked, cancelled, or rescheduled |
Appointment Missed? | This field will tell you if the appointment was missed by the patient (Y for Yes or N for No) |
Encounter ID | This is a system generated unique identification number assigned to the patient-specific encounter |
Patient ID | This is a system generated unique identification number assigned to a patient |
Patient Name | The patient's name associated with an appointment on a given day. |
Practice Name | The clinic name where services took place. |
Provider ID | This is a system generated unique identification number for the provider who provided services. |
Provider Name | The name of the provider who provided services. |
Service Location ID | This is a system generated unique identification number of the clinic's service location. |
Service Location | The clinic location where services took place. |
