Detailed Daily Schedule Report
This report provides a detailed overview of appointments booked on a given date/day at your facility along with diagnosis codes, type of patient, and provider name.
Why you need it?
Use this report to know the total appointments booked and patients treated by all providers at your facility on a given date.
 1. On the zHealth dashboard, hover the cursor over your name on the top right corner. Click "Reports". On the Reports window, click on "Detailed Daily Schedule Report" |
2. Select date. Then click 'Generate Report'. |

Field Name | Description |
Date | The appointment date |
Time | The appointment time |
Patient | It shows the name of the patients who have an appointment scheduled |
Type | The patient type - Cash, Insurance, Personal Injury, Attorney Lien, Workers Compensation, etc. |
Contact Number | This is the first contact number of the patient which is there in Contact Details in the Patient Profile |
Dx Codes | The diagnosis codes used for the patient visit |
It shows the patient's email address | |
Provider | The name of the provider who provided the services |
