Enable CC to Provider While Sending Invoice

You can receive a copy of the invoice while emailing it to the patient. Administrator can easily enable or disable this feature in their zHealth account under the Facility tab.

1. Access your zHealth dashboard. Hover the cursor over to your name on the top right corner. A drop-down menu will open.

2. Click on the third option - Update Info - from the drop-down menu. By default, you will be on the Facility > Facility Details tab.

3. Scroll down to the section that reads - "Copy provider while sending invoice/billing statement emails to patients". Click the checkbox to enable this feature to receive a copy of the invoice while sending it to the patient.
