Check out the video tutorial to learn how a walk-in established patient, who does not have an appointment on the Calendar, can check in to the clinic with their phone number. When the walk-in patient checks in, the software automatically creates the appointment on the provider's appointment book.



A guide providing step-by-step instructions explaining the walk-in check-in process for Established patients

Info
1. The clinic should first log in to their front desk account using their front desk login credentials.

2. The patient can enter the registered phone number on patient's file with the clinic in the front desk login screen to start the walk-in check-in process.

3. When a patient enters their phone number and it is found in the system under an existing patient chart, the system will display a prompt asking whether they would like to schedule an appointment.

4. On the next screen, the system will prompt the patient to select a provider who has availability at that time.

5. Once the patient selects a provider, the system will guide them to the check-in process, requiring the completion of the following forms to finalize check-in:
  1. Subjective
  2. Pain Diagram (if configured)
  3. Intake Form
  4. Consent Form (if not signed already)
  5. Outcome Assessment Form (if configured)
  6. Signature Page
