Generic Schedule Report

This report provides an overview of all appointments, including missed/cancelled appointment, booked by a given patient over a period of time.


Why you need it?

Use this report to know how many appointments a patient booked over a given period.

1.  On the zHealth dashboard, hover the cursor over your name on the top right corner. Click "Reports".



2. On the Reports window, go to the Scheduling Reports section on the left side of the screen. Click on the last option - Generic Schedule Report. A pop-up window will open.



3. Enter the following details to generate generic schedule report:

a. Click on the
check box if you want to see cancelled appointments in the list of all appointments.
b. Select
provider name from the dropdown list. 
c. Enter
first and last name of the patient.
d. Select
date range. By default, both start date and end date will have current date selected. Click on the Start Date box to select a start date of your choice and then click to select an end date of your choice. Remember, you can view this report for 3 consecutive months as the Generic Schedule Report has a 3-month date restriction.
e. Then click '
Generate Report'.




4. This is how the generic schedule report when you just select the date range. It shows all patient appointments with date, time, status, and cancel/reschedule date.



Column Field Descriptions:

Field Name

Description


Date



The date when the patient visited your practice



Time



The time of appointment when the patient visited your practice



Patient Name



It shows the name of the patients who have an appointment scheduled



Patient Phone



This is the first contact number of the patient which is there in Contact Details in the Patient Profile



Status



This shows the current status of the appointments, such as No-Show, Cancelled within last 24 hours or Cancelled, etc.



Cancel/Reschedule Date



The date when the appointment was cancelled or rescheduled
