How to Activate or Enable the Email Marketing Feature
zHealth integrates with Mailchimp to help you design and send email campaigns or series to patients who have opted-in to your email list.
Note 1: The Email Marketing feature is included in the Standard Plan. Please contact support at support@zhealthehr.com to enable it or upgrade to the Standard Plan.
Note 2: You need a Mailchimp account to send email campaigns from your zHealth account.
Follow these steps to activate this feature:
 1. Access your zHealth Dashboard. Hover over your name in the top-right corner of the screen. Click on Email Marketing from the dropdown menu. |
2. Next, you need to connect your Mailchimp account with zHealth. a. If you already have a Mailchimp account, click the button to proceed. You will be prompted to authorize your Mailchimp account. b. If you don't have a Mailchimp account, click "No, I don't have an account". You will be prompted to create a free Mailchimp account. Complete the signup process and return to zHealth. |
3. If you have clicked, "I already have an account," complete the authorization. Enter your Mailchimp account's username and password and click Login. On the next screen, click "Allow". Once the authorization is successful, you’ll see a message confirming the integration is active. |
4. Once your Mailchimp and zHealth accounts are integrated, you will see an Email Marketing dashboard where you can track the performance of your email campaigns or create new campaigns. |
