How to Activate (or Update) the zHealth Pay Terminal on a Mac

This brief guide will walk you through how to set up or activate your zHealth Pay Terminal in Mac so you can start collecting payments. 
Note: zHealth Pay Terminal only works with Mac or PC. The Terminal will be shipped to your address only when you signup for zHealth Pay through your zHealth account. If you need help, contact our customer support at support@zhealthehr.com.

A. Activating zHealth Pay Terminal


1. Install the following App (version 1.90.12) on your Mac: https://tinyurl.com/2jt2za6c 

In order to do that open a web browser and copy the link above into the browser. Click Enter.

Read the End User Licence Agreement. Then, you will be asked to enter your name, email address, company name (optional), and phone number (optional). Click "Agree and Download" and the zip file will be automatically saved onto your computer.

If you have trouble finding the downloaded zip file, you can go ahead and click the link as shown in the second screenshot.




2. Once the file is downloaded, locate the zip file where you downloaded* and saved it.

Once you locate the zip file, double click on it. A pop-up window opens. Click "Continue". The installation process will start.
*Note: If you have trouble finding the Cloudbridge App after downloading it, here is how you can locate it:

1. First, go to your Mac Home Screen. On the top left side, you will find an option "
Go". Click on "Go" and then click "Computer".

2. On the Computer window, you will find "
Macintosh HD". Under "Macintosh HD", you will see an option "Library". You can find the downloaded Cloudbridge app file under "Library".




3. Next, click "Install" to proceed. It will ask you for your system password. Enter the password to continue the installation process.

You will get a successful message. Click "Close" to close the pop-up window.

Once you close the window, the system will ask you Do you want to keep or move the installer to trash. Go ahead and click the "Move to Trash" button.






4. Next, click "Finder" on your Mac.

Type "Anywhere" or "CloudBridge" in the search box at the top right corner of the Finder.

You will see the CloudBridge App icon.

Double click on it. The app should appear at the top of your Mac.

In older versions of Mac systems, the app might also appear at the bottom navigation panel.







5. Once you click on the CloudBridge App icon, you will see that the Card Reader is not Connected. Now, you need to activate this.



6. Navigate to your zHealth dashboard. Click "zHealth Pay" from the drop-down menu on the top right corner.

On the zHealth Pay page, you will 
see a message - "Your can locate the Activation Code and Key for your card reader by clicking here." (Check the second screenshot). 

Click on the link. A pop-up appears. The pop-up box shows the code and key. (Check the second screenshot). Copy the code and key from here.

Enter the Activation Code and Merchant Key onto the application and click "Activate". (Check the third screenshot)

You are now ready to process payments through the terminal!


*Note: zHealth Pay supports multiple Activation Codes and Merchant Keys if your facility is using multiple card readers.







B. Processing Payments Through zHealth Payments Terminal


1. Once you are ready to charge a credit card, enter the payment amount and select “zHealth Pay Terminal”. You will see a screen pop-up that has a button - “Initiate Payment”.




2. Clicking on “Initiate Payment” should update the screen and you will see the transaction is successful message.

The payment amount will be added to the Invoice Payments section as shown here.




C. Checking Your Product Version - AnyPay Cloudbridge App

Once you download and start using the AnyPay CloudBridge App, you should always keep it updated as much as possible. An updated app will run smoothly and provide you with additional security.

The following steps will enable you to check the app version:

1. To find your current Product Version, open the settings cog button on your AnyPay Cloudbridge App.
