How to Add Credit Card to Patient's Contact Details
Securely save and manage patient'c credit card information in zHealth to easily collect copays and outstanding balances. Practices using zHealthPay can process credit card payments through zHealth Payment Terminal.
New patients can also add credits card details when booking an appointment using our New Appointment Portal.

 1. Access Patient's Chart a. Enter the first or last name of the patient in the top navigation bar search box. Click to select the patient from the auto-populated results. The Patient's Chart page opens. |
2. Contact Details On the Patient Chart page, click "Contact Details." |
3. Add Credit Card a. On the Contact Details page, click to select "Add Credit Card" tab from the left side menu. b. Click the green colored "Add New Credit Card" button. |
4. Add Card Details On the new window, enter Enter the Card Number, Expiration Date and click "Add". |
