How to Download or Print All SOAP Notes of a Patient

Sometimes you need to download or print all SOAP notes of a patient for your internal purpose, any legal request or referral to another practitioner.

In zHealth, you can print or download SOAP notes:

1. With Invoice

2. Without Invoice

3. With Invoice but no charges shown

1a. Enter the first name or last name of the patient in the top navigation bar search box. b. Click to select the patient from the auto-populated results. The patient's chart opens.

2. Click on the second tab - Past Notes. The Past Notes page opens. .

3. In the Past Notes page, click on the top "Select All" checkbox as shown here to select 10 past SOAP notes available on the current page. You can even select the desired SOAP Notes one by one by clicking their respective checkboxes. If you have hundreds of past SOAP notes and want to select all notes, you have to first click the "Show All (Max 500)" button that you'll find at the bottom right side of the screen. Then go and click the top "Select-All" checkbox option to select all past SOAP notes.

4. Click on 'Print Notes' on the right side of the page. From the drop-down menu, select if you want to download or print SOAP notes: a. With Invoice b. Without Invoice c. With Invoice but no charges shown

5. Once you have selected your option, a pop-up window will open. You can either:  a. Click 'Save' to download all SOAP notes. b. Click 'More Settings' and follow the print prompt to complete the action.
