How to Enroll for Payor EDI or Payor EDI Enrollment

Some payors require providers to pre-enroll before submitting electronic claims to them. Payors such as Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross, and Blue Shield require pre-enrollment. Our clearinghouse partner - Office Ally provides these pre-enrollment forms, pre-filled with Office Ally’s information wherever required.

1. Click the link here to visit the Office Ally Payer EDI Enrollment site . This is the screen you will see. Pre-enrollment forms are sorted by State.

2. Browse through the list of States and click on the State to view the list of Insurance Companies available in that State.

If you bill to any or all of these insurance companies, you need to fill out the
pre-enrollment form .

3. Click on the Insurance Company you want to bill. An EDI enrollment instructions link will open.

Consider you clicked on Pennsylvania and then clicked on BCBS of Pennsylvania, this is what the EDI enrollment instructions form will look like.

4. The EDI enrollment instructions link will provide you with instructions on how to enroll for that insurance company.

Read the instructions carefully before submitting the form. You will find instructions for:

  2. Where to send the form
  3. How to check the status
  4. What to do once you have submitted the form
