How to Find a Diagnosis Code


You may want to find a particular Diagnosis code. You can easily do that in your zHealth account. Everything related to ICD-10 and CPT codes is available under the Update Info option.

B. Read Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access your zHealth dashboard. Hover the cursor over to your name. A drop-down menu will open. Click on the third option - Update Info - from the drop-down menu.



2. In the Update Info window, click on the third tab - ICD-10 Codes.

There are two ways to find a diagnosis code.

a. Enter the ICD-10 code number and click Enter. You will see a list of diagnoses codes based on the number you typed.

b. Enter all or part of the description of the diagnosis code. Click Enter. You will see a list of diagnoses codes based on the description you typed.
