When you have patients who have been coming to your practice for a long time and you don't want them to fill their personal and insurance details through a tablet or patient portal, you can manually check them in. Follow the below steps to manually check-in patients at your practice.

1. Log in to your zHealth Account using your username and password.

2. Search for the patient name on your Calendar for manual check-in. Click on the little 'Gear' icon at the end of the patient name.

3. A pop-up window will open. Click on the '
Check-in
' button.

4. The
small circle
at the end of the patient name on the Calendar changes to
blue
. This means the patient has checked in.

5. Click on the
patient name
. You will be redirected to the Patient Profile. Under the Summary section, you will see a new note created for the current date.

6. The 'Check-in' button for an existing appointment will only check-in the patient for that appointment or appointments on the same day with the same provider.
