How to Schedule Follow-Up Visit for an Existing Patient

Follow these steps to schedule a follow-up appointment through the Calendar for patients who require ongoing visits.

1. Locate the Patient Name on your Calendar for whom you want to add a follow-up appointment. Click on the ‘Settings’ icon. A pop-up window opens.



2. Click on the ‘Add Follow-up’ button. Another pop-up window opens.



3. Enter the Follow-Up Reason. Select the target date for the follow-up visit. Click ‘Confirm’ to add the follow-up appointment to your Calendar.



4. From your Calendar, click on the "Flag" icon on the top left side. You will see your follow-up list for all patients.
