Sometimes, providers need to send specific lifestyle documents to patients via email. zHealthEHR helps you streamline and automate the process. You can upload your lifestyle documents like diet chart, health recommendation, exercising tips, and more on the system and send them to patients whenever you want.

![]() 3. By default you will be able to see the first tab - Facility. On the left side of the screen, there is a section - Facility Details. Click on it. | ![]() |
![]() 4. Scroll down to the bottom. Under Other Settings, you will see 'Enable Lifestyle Documents.' Click on the check box in front of Enable Lifestyle Documents. | ![]() |
![]() 5. Lifestyle Documents tab will be added to your account. Click on the 'Lifestyle Documents' tab. | ![]() |
![]() 6. On the Lifestyle Documents tab, you will have to fill in the following details: a. Enter the description for the document like Diet Chart, Nutrition Plan, etc. Note: The description section has a character limit of 45. b. Browse the lifestyle document by clicking on the Browse button. Upload the document from your computer. c. Click 'Save' once done. | ![]() |
![]() 7. Now enter the first or last name of the patient in the Search box at the top of the navigation bar on the zHealthEHR dashboard. This is the patient to whom you want to send a lifestyle document. Click Enter. | ![]() |

![]() 9. You will be at the Summary section of the patient profile. At the top right side, there is an option - LifeStyle. Click on it. A pop-up window will open. | ![]() |
![]() 10. On the pop-up window, you will see all lifestyle documents you have added to your facility. Click on the check box in front of the document that you want to email to the patient. Then click 'Email Lifestyle'. | ![]() |
