How to Sign Up for Our New Customer Support Portal

zHealth’s new Customer Support Portal provides our customers with a better way to find help resources and support requests. Access your portal today and experience the features of zHealth’s new Customer Support Portal.

Getting Started
To access our new Customer Support portal, first, set up your user account.

1. Click the Sign Up link here. Then follow the below steps to create your account:

a. Enter your 
name
b. Enter your 
email address
c. Enter the text you see in 
Captcha
d. Click "
Sign Up"



2. You will be directed to the "Thank You for Registering" page. Check your email and "Accept the Invitation." Once you click the link, a new page will open.


3. Create a password and confirm the password and click Register. You will be redirected to your personal dashboard.



4. Manage your profile from the dashboard. Your name, display name, and email address will be pre-filled based on the name and email address you entered while signing up.

You can enter your mobile number and social media links, but they are optional.
