The Membership Report* is designed to provide clinics with a more in-depth look at each of the membership payments. Let’s check out how to generate a Membership Report and what details you get in the report.
1. On the zHealth dashboard, hover the cursor over your name on the top right corner. Click "Reports". |
2. On the Reports window, scroll down to the bottom to the section "Membership Reports". Click "Membership Report". A pop-up window appears. |
3. On the pop-up window, enter the following information: a. Click the checkbox for "Include Inactive Memberships" if you want to view inactive membership payment details. b. Select the date range* c. Click "Generate Report". Note 1: Date range is the "Membership Payment Start Date, not the Membership Plan Start Date. Note 2: Date range should be for 3 months. |
4. Next, you will receive a notification. The report will be available in the Message Center. Click "Message Center". |
5. On the Message Center, click the download link to download and save your Membership Report onto your computer. |
Column Name | Description |
Org ID | This is the unique identification number for your facility |
Org Name | This is the name of your facility/clinic |
Patient Id | This is the unique identification number of the patient set by zHealth software |
First Name and Last Name | This is the first and last name of the patient |
Patient Membership Payment Id | This is the unique identification number for the membership payment paid by the patient |
Patient Membership Id | This is the unique identification number for the Membership Plan availed by the patient |
Start Date | This is Membership Payment start date |
Amount | This is the price set for the given Membership Plan |
Plan Type | This is the plan type for the membership plan, such as One Time (O), Monthly ()M), Custom (C). |
Is Active | Is the membership plan active (True) or inactive (False) |
Paid Amount | This is the paid amount for the Membership Plan taken by the patient |
Balance Amount | This is the remaining balance amount that the patient needs to pay for the plan |
Payment Error | This is the error message that our system gets when trying to charge a patient for a membership plan |
Payment Attempt | This is the number of times payment attempt is made for the membership plan |
Card on File | This column indicates if the patient has a card on file |
ZH-PAY Transaction Id | This is the zHealth Pay Transaction ID used for membership payment (Only when you use zHealth Pay for transactions) |
NCMIC Transaction No | This is the NCMIC Transaction No used for membership payment (Only when you use NCIMIC for transactions) |
