Missed/Cancelled Report

This report provides a detailed overview of all missed or cancelled appointments for a given patient over a period of time.


Why you need it?

Use this report to know how many appointments a patient missed or cancelled at your facility over a period of time.

1.  On the zHealth dashboard, hover the cursor over your name on the top right corner. Click "Reports".



2. On the Reports window, go to the Scheduling Reports section on the left side of the screen. Click on the fourth option - Missed/Cancelled Report. A pop-up window will open.



3. Enter the following details to generate missed/cancelled report:
a. Click to select the checkbox for Include Rescheduled Appointments
b. Enter the
first or last name of the patient
c. Select
date range
d. Then click '
Generate Report'.



4. This is how the missed/cancelled report for the select period will look like.



Column Field Descriptions:

Field Name

Description

Date

The date of appointment when the patient visited your practice

Time

The time of appointment when the patient visited your practice

Patient Name

It shows the name of the patients who have an appointment scheduled

Patient Phone

This is the first contact number of the patient which is there in Contact Details in the Patient Profile

Status

This shows the current status of the appointments, such as No-Show, Cancelled within last 24 hours or Cancelled, etc.

Cancel/Reschedule Date

The date when the appointment was cancelled or rescheduled.
