This report provides a detailed overview of all missed or cancelled appointments for a given patient over a period of time.
Why you need it?
Use this report to know how many appointments a patient missed or cancelled at your facility over a period of time.
1. On the zHealth dashboard, hover the cursor over your name on the top right corner. Click "Reports". |
2. On the Reports window, go to the Scheduling Reports section on the left side of the screen. Click on the fourth option - Missed/Cancelled Report. A pop-up window will open. |
3. Enter the following details to generate missed/cancelled report: a. Click to select the checkbox for Include Rescheduled Appointments b. Enter the first or last name of the patient c. Select date range d. Then click 'Generate Report'. |
4. This is how the missed/cancelled report for the select period will look like. |
Field Name | Description |
Date | The date of appointment when the patient visited your practice |
Time | The time of appointment when the patient visited your practice |
Patient Name | It shows the name of the patients who have an appointment scheduled |
Patient Phone | This is the first contact number of the patient which is there in Contact Details in the Patient Profile |
Status | This shows the current status of the appointments, such as No-Show, Cancelled within last 24 hours or Cancelled, etc. |
Cancel/Reschedule Date | The date when the appointment was cancelled or rescheduled. |
