Monthly Statistics Report
This report provides a graphical representation of your facility's total appointments, patient visits, claims, and new patients over a period of time.
Why you need it?
Use this report to get a quick overview of the health of your facility in terms of how many patients visited your practice, new patients came to your facility, and claims generated for the selected period.
1. On the zHealth dashboard, hover the cursor over your name on the top right corner. Click "Reports".

2. On the Reports window, scroll down to the General Statistics Reports section. Click on Monthly Statistics Report. A pop-up window will open.

3. Select the desired date range. Then click 'Generate Report'.
|

4. This is how the statistics report for the selected month or date range will look like.
Note: You can click the "Download" icon on the top right corner to download a .csv file of the report. Or click the "Print" icon to save the report as a PDF file or print the report.

This column shows the month number. Example: September is shown as "9" |

This column indicates the year |

New Patients |
This field shows the number of all new patients (appointment type was categorized as "New Patient") who visited your facility in a given month |
|
Appointment Count |
This field indicates the total number of appointments booked in your practice in a given month |
|
Visit Count |
This indicates the total number (count) of checked-in patients in your practice in a given month |
|
Claim Count |
This indicates the total number (count) of claims generated in a given month |
