New Patient Report
This report provides a list of all new patients (appointment type was categorized as "New Patient") who visited your facility in a designated date range.
Why you need it?
Use this report to get a quick overview of new patients, when they visited, their contact details, and insurance information.
 1. Access your zHealth account. On the Dashboard, you will see your name at the top right corner. Hover the cursor over to your name. A drop-down menu will open. Click on "Reports". |
| 2. On the Reports window, scroll down to the Patient Reports section. Click on the New Patient Report option. A pop-up window will open. |
| 3. Select the date range . Then click ' Generate Report '. |

Column Field Descriptions:
Field Name | Description |
Patient ID | This is a system generated unique patient ID |
Name (First, Middle, and Last Name) | This field indicates the name and address of the patient |
Patient Type | This field shows the type of patient, such as Insurance, Cash, Personal Injury, etc. |
This is the email address of the patient | |
DOB | This is the date of birth of the patient |
Address | This field shows the address of the patient |
Sex | This is the gender of the patient: Male, Female, or Other |
Start Date | This is the actual date when the patient first booked an appointment with your practice or visited your practice |
Primary Insurance | Name of the primary insurance of the patient |
Primary Insurance ID | A member identification number, assigned by the primary insurance payer, to the patient |
Secondary Insurance | Name of the secondary insurance of the patient |
Secondary Insurance ID | A member identification number, assigned by the secondary insurance payer, to the patient (if any) |
Cell Number | The cell phone number of the patient |
Referred By | The name of the provider/physician/doctor who referred the patient to your practice |
Employer Name | The name of the patient's employer |
