Facility Settings | We added EIN to the facility details section. It will help multiple facilities that have different tax ID (EIN). If one adds a facility level EIN and the billing entity type for a provider is Organization - the facility EIN will be used for the claims filed for the visit under that provider/facility. |
EOB/ERA Payment | We added support to edit an ERA/EOB claim payment at the invoice level. Providers or billers don't need to go to the specific ERA or EOB file. They can fix some specific claim payment/adjustment at the invoice level. |
Patient Profile | SSN and DL are back in Patient's Contact Details. Some facilities need these features, so we will make it configurable for them while some facilities want to hide them in near future. |
Patient Profile | Visit notes (also known as Past Notes) are now available on the patient portal. |
Batch Reports | Batch reports for detailed payment and charges are now part of the report section. These reports can be really long so the system generates downloadable reports in excel (.csv) format. They can be downloaded from the Message Center. |
Detailed Payment Report | Facilities can be configured to use detailed payment structure for each patient visit. Once enabled when adding an invoice payment, they can apply patient payments for each CPT, Supplement, Misc Item/Supply in that visit so that the facilities which really need that kind of details can generate the detailed payment report as mentioned in the update above. |
