zHealth software automatically applied the latest updates to all accounts as part of the June 5, 2025 release.

Send Bulk Message
​
The "Send Bulk Text" feature has been updated with an enhanced user interface and both improved and new functionalities.

  1. The Send Bulk Text feature now renamed Send Bulk Message to better reflect its expanded functionality.
  2. Implemented a Patient Type filter that enables the clinic to target and specific groups of patients.
  3. Added the "Schedule Message" option, a new functionality that allows the clinic to schedule bulk messages for delivery at a specified future date and time.
  4. Introduced a 'History' subtab to help the clinic track and monitor the status of bulk messages

 Online Appointment Portal

We have added more functionality to the online appointment portal.
  1. Introduced the ability to set booking limits in advance, giving the clinic greater control over scheduling through customizable limits on future appointments.
  2. Clinics can configure the "Minimum Appointment Window (in minutes)" at the provider level. This allows clinics to define a buffer window, ensuring patients can't book last-minute appointments online.

Facility Settings

We have implemented the following enhancements at the facility level:

  1. Clinics with multiple locations can set a default facility for each provider, ensuring they are automatically logged into their designated facility.
  2. The 'Switch Facility' option has been moved from the 'Update Info' dropdown menu to the header section of the software, making it easier for users to switch facilities quickly.
  3. Clinics can assign colors to each facility for easier visual identification

Modifier Import Issue
Resolved an issue where the "Import Previous" button in the CPT section failed to import the fourth modifier (M4). All four modifiers now import correctly if present in the previous invoice.

Online Payment Overpayment Issue
​
When patients received a Monthly Statement and paid online, the system pulled their current balance instead of the amount requested in the statement. This sometimes led to overpayments, with only the original amount being credited and the excess tracked solely through zH-Pay Reports.

This issue has been resolved. Patients will now be prompted to pay the exact amount listed in the statement, ensuring accurate payments and preventing overpayments due to balance changes.

Billing Statement
​
We’ve fixed the issue in the Billing Statement modal used during the generation of Super Bills and Abbreviated Statements. When users entered a message in the "Note" field and pressed Enter to start a new line, the system displayed \n (the newline character) in the printed statement instead of a clean line break. Now pressing Enter in the "Note" field will properly create a new line in the printed output without showing \n.
