Patient Daily Logs

A daily log is kind of a small note (simple text) attached to a patient for a given day. In zHealthEHR, you can create daily logs when a patient schedules an appointment with your practice. Here is how to do it:

1. On the Scheduler dashboard where you can see all your appointments for the day, search for the patient name to which you want to add a daily log. Click on the small "gear" icon at the end of the patient name. A pop-up window opens.

Click on "Daily Log" as shown here.



3a. On the Add Daily Log window, enter the text in the box provided.
3b. Click "
Save " to save the daily log.



4. To view all daily logs, click the "Log" icon on the top of the navigation bar as shown here.



5. On the Log window, you can view all logs entered by staff or provider for all patients who visited your practice. You can search any daily log by date and can even edit the log text.
