Patient Insurance Report

This report provides an overview of all patients who have a particular insurance selected by you.


Why you need it?

Use this report to get a quick overview of all patients who have a particular insurance. 


1. On the zHealth dashboard, hover the cursor over your name on the top right corner. Click "Reports".


2. On the Reports window, scroll down to the Insurance Reports section. Click on Patient Insurance Report. A pop-up window will open.



3. Select the insurance payer name from the dropdown list.

Click 'Generate Report'.



4. This is how the patient insurance report for a selected insurance name will look like.



Column Field Descriptions:

Field Name



Description



Insurance Name (mentioned on the top)



The name of the insurance for which the report is generated



Patient Name



This column lists down the names of all patients who has the insurance selected for this report



Primary Insurance



This column indicates if the patient has the "Selected Insurance Payor" as a primary insurance company (Yes or No)



Secondary Insurance



This column indicates if the patient has the "Selected Insurance Payor" as a secondary insurance company (Yes or No)



Tertiary Insurance



This column indicates if the patient has the "Selected Insurance Payor" as a tertiary insurance company (Yes or No)
