Provider Detailed Charges Report
This report provides a detailed overview of charges applied to all CPT and diagnoses codes used by a provider at your practice along with Misc Items, Supplements, and Supplies over a period of time.
Why you need it?
Use this report to know the charges of codes used by a provider over a period of time.
 1. Access your zHealth dashboard. Hover the cursor over to your name. A drop-down menu will open. From the dropdown list, click on the option - Report. |
2. On the Reports window, go to the Batch Reports section on the left side of the screen. Click on Provider Detailed Charges. A pop-up window will open. |
3. Enter the following details to generate provider detailed charges report: a. Select date range. b. Click the checkboxes for CPT Code, Supplement Code, and Misc Items. c. Then click 'Generate Report'. You will get a notification that says - "It can take a few minutes to generate the report. You will receive a notification once the report is generated and will be available in Message Center." |
4. Close the pop-up window by clicking on the small cross icon in the corner. Wait for a few seconds and then scroll up. Click on the small message icon on the top of the navigation bar on the right side of the screen. Search for the Detailed Charges Report by Provider you generated. Click on the download link. Save the report to your computer or tablet. |
5. The Detailed Charges Report by Provider provides you insights on the:

Field Name | Description |
Type | The type of service provided: CPT, Supplement, Supplies, or Misc Item |
Procedure Code | The CPT code associated with the billed unit(s). |
Procedure Description | This provides a short description of the procedure performed. |
Count of Codes used by Staff 1 | The count of a given CPT code used by staff #1 in your practice |
Count of Codes used by Staff 2 | The count of a given CPT code used by staff #2 in your practice |
Count of Codes used by Staff 3 | The count of a given CPT code used by staff #3 in your practice. Note: This list will increase if you have more number of staff members in your practice |
Unit Charge | The unit charge of a given CPT code |
Total Count | The total number of times a given CPT code is used by all staff members in your practice |
Total Charges | This field indicates the total charges of a CPT code |
