Receive Invoice Copy While Emailing Patients
You can receive a copy of the invoice when emailing it to the patient, and the practice can easily enable or disable this feature in their zHealth account under the Facility tab.
 1. Access your zHealth dashboard. Hover the cursor over your name in the top right corner. Click the "Facility Settings" option from the dropdown. |
2. In the "Facility" section, navigate to the "Facility Details" subtab.  Note: By default, you will be on the Facility > Facility Details tab. |
3. Scroll down to the section that reads - "Copy provider while sending invoice/billing statement emails to patients". Click the checkbox to enable this feature to receive a copy of the invoice while sending it to the patient. |
