zHealth sends the intake paperwork link to the patient prior to their appointment. Once the patient submits the intake form, the provider can check the information in the patient's profile. Consent forms, initial complaint forms, and histories are saved to the Intake section in the patient profile. Here is how you can review the family, medical, surgical, and social history of a patient.
If you have existing patients at your clinic who would like to add other existing or new patients in their accounts as their family members, you’ll need to do this for them (they can’t do this themselves). Here is how:
