Q: Will Review Plus texts be sent even if a Review Link hasn't been entered?
A: The initial Review Plus text will go to the patient regardless of the review link being entered. However, if the patient replies with a rating where the rating is equal or greater than the facility minimum then a review link text will not be sent if the Review Link is not present. The Review Link will only be sent if it is populated.
Q: What phone number are Review Plus texts sent from?
A: The default number Review Plus texts are sent from is 415-480-5155. There is an option to upgrade and have texts come from a custom landline number, however the number has to be a landline and NOT a mobile or VOIP number.
