Supplement Report
This report provides an overview of all supplements recommended to patients and the amount charged for each of them over a period of time.
Why you need it?
Use this report to get a quick overview of supplements providers recommend and charge to patients for the selected period.
 1. Access the zHealth Dashboard. Hover the cursor over to your name. A drop-down menu will open. From the dropdown list, click on the 8th option - Reports. |
3. On the Reports window, scroll down to the Product Reports section. Click on Supplement Report. A pop-up window will open. |
4. Select the date range. Then click 'Generate Report'. |
5. This is how the supplement report for the selected date range will look like. |
Column Field Descriptions:
Field Name | Description |
Date | The date when the supplement was given to a patient |
| Sold By | This column indicates who sold the supplement |
| Provider | The name of the provider |
Supplement Name | The name of the supplement recommended/sold to the patient |
Quantity | The number of units of the supplement sold to the patients |
Unit Price | The price of a unit of supplement |
Cost | Unit Price * Quantity = Total Cost exclusive of taxes |
Tax | The tax charged for selling the supplement |
Amount | Total Billed Amount inclusive of taxes |
Grand Totals | The row shows the grand total number of transactions, units of supplement sold, total cost, total tax, and total amount collected from the sale of supplements. |
