Supplement Report

This report provides an overview of all supplements recommended to patients and the amount charged for each of them over a period of time.

 

Why you need it?

Use this report to get a quick overview of supplements providers recommend and charge to patients for the selected period. 

1. Access the zHealth Dashboard. Hover the cursor over to your name. A drop-down menu will open. From the dropdown list, click on the 8th option - Reports.

3. On the Reports window, scroll down to the Product Reports section. Click on Supplement Report. A pop-up window will open.

4. Select the date range. Then click 'Generate Report'.

5. This is how the supplement report for the selected date range will look like.

Column Field Descriptions:

Field Name	Description
Date	The date when the supplement was given to a patient
Sold By	This column indicates who sold the supplement
Provider	The name of the provider
Supplement Name	The name of the supplement recommended/sold to the patient
Quantity	The number of units of the supplement sold to the patients
Unit Price	The price of a unit of supplement
Cost	Unit Price * Quantity = Total Cost exclusive of taxes
Tax	The tax charged for selling the supplement
Amount	Total Billed Amount inclusive of taxes
Grand Totals	The row shows the grand total number of transactions, units of supplement sold, total cost, total tax, and total amount collected from the sale of supplements.
