This report provides an overview of all supplies recommended to patients and the amount charged for each of them over a period of time.
Why you need it?
Use this report to get a quick overview of supplies providers recommend and charge to patients for the selected period.
![]() 1. On the zHealth dashboard, hover the cursor over your name on the top right corner. Click "Reports". |
![]() 2. On the Reports window, scroll down to the Product Reports section. Click on Supplies Report. A pop-up window will open. |
![]() 3. Select the desired date range. Then click 'Generate Report'. |

Field Name | Description |
Date | The date when the supplies was given to a patient |
Sold By | The column indicates the name of the provider who sold the supply |
Provider | The name of the provider |
Supplies Name | The name of the supplies recommended/sold to the patient |
Quantity | The number of units of the supplies sold to the patients |
Price Invoiced | The price of a unit of supplies |
Cost | Unit Price * Quantity = Total Cost, exclusive of taxes |
Tax | The tax charged for selling the supplies |
Amount | Total Billed Amount inclusive of taxes |
