This report provides an overview of all supplies recommended to patients and the amount charged for each of them over a period of time.
Why you need it?
Use this report to get a quick overview of supplies providers recommend and charge to patients for the selected period.
1. On the zHealth dashboard, hover the cursor over your name on the top right corner. Click "Reports". |
2. On the Reports window, scroll down to the Product Reports section. Click on Supplies Report. A pop-up window will open. |
3. Select the desired date range. Then click 'Generate Report'. |
4. This is how the supplies report for the selected date range will look like. |
Field Name | Description |
Date | The date when the supplies was given to a patient |
Sold By | The column indicates the name of the provider who sold the supply |
Provider | The name of the provider |
Supplies Name | The name of the supplies recommended/sold to the patient |
Quantity | The number of units of the supplies sold to the patients |
Price Invoiced | The price of a unit of supplies |
Cost | Unit Price * Quantity = Total Cost, exclusive of taxes |
Tax | The tax charged for selling the supplies |
Amount | Total Billed Amount inclusive of taxes |
