Auto-Logout Duration

By default, zHealth asks your provider to sign in with their username and password after 60 minutes of inactivity.

Here’s what happens when your zHealth account remains inactive for some time:

1. We will send an inactivity timeout alert for providers after 55 minutes of inactivity

2. After 60 minutes of inactivity, they will be auto-logged out.
