Forgot Your Username or Password

You need your username and password to access zHealthEHR account. Your web browser remembers them for you. If you forget your password or it expires, here is what you need to do.


1. Go to www.zhealthehr.com. At the top right corner, click on "Trouble signing-in".



2. You will be redirected to a new page. Enter your registered email address in the box provided. Click Submit.

A password reset link will be sent to the email address. Check your email and use the link to create a new password.



3. If you forgot your username, you can retrieve that too. Click on the 'Click Here' link.

Enter your email address registered with zHealth in the box provided to have your username emailed to you. Click 
Submit.
