You might run into a situation where a patient, who had paid for a one-time membership plan, has exceeded the number of visits, and you would like to reassign the membership for the current appointment. Here is how you can do it:
1. When a patient visits your clinic for a session that is not covered under the Membership Plan, you will get a message - "Number of visits exceeded. Do you want this to be part of membership?" Click the "Click Here" link to reassign the membership for the current visit. A pop-up window will open.

2. On the pop-up window, our system will again ask you if want this one visit to be part of membership. Click "Yes" to proceed.

3. Membership will be enabled. Now refresh the dashboard by clicking on the "Home" button. Search for the patient name using the top navigation search box. Open the Patient Chart. On the Summary tab, click the "Edit" to start editing the SOAP note created for the current visit. Go to the Invoice section of the SOAP note screen. The current visit will now be a part of the membership plan. This is the message you will see after reassigning the membership as shown here.
