The zHealth Provider App is designed to help you manage your appointments and patient information efficiently. Here's a detailed guide to help you navigate the app, using the features shown in the screenshots.

Info
App Dashboard
a. The top section in the Home Page shows the current date. Use the "<" or ">" icons to view past or upcoming schedules.

b. Tap on the month (e.g., "September") to open a calendar dropdown for selecting a specific date. This feature helps you jump to a desired date without scrolling through multiple days.

c. The search icon lets you quickly find patients by name.

d. The main area displays your appointment schedule for the selected day in a color-coded format. You can view patient name, gender (M/F), patient type (e.g., INS for Insurance, CASH, PI for Personal Injury), and phone number.

e. The "+" button at the bottom-right allows you to create a new appointment or block your calendar.

f. The hamburger menu in the top left corner opens a side menu through which you can log out easily.

The app's bottom menu includes four key sections:

  • Home: Displays your daily schedule and appointments.
  • Patients: Access your patient list, view patient details, or search for a specific patient.
  • Payments: Manage billing, check payment history, and view outstanding payments.
  • Account: Customize your profile and manage app settings.

Notes
If a clinic has multiple active facilities or locations, users can switch between them by clicking the hamburger icon in the top-left corner and selecting the "Switch Facility" option. The name of the current facility is displayed just below the provider's name within the hamburger menu.
