How do I create a SOAP Note template using zHealth’s Customize SOAP Notes?
Creating customized SOAP note templates using digital software might sound like a difficult task. It is understandable to be hesitant when looking at a new way of doing things. But it is actually really easy.
To use the template builder, head over to your Dashboard. Click your name on the top right corner and then click “Customize SOAP Notes”.
As you build your own SOAP template, it will automatically populate once you click “New Note” inside a patient chart.
Edit, Preview, or Delete SOAP Elements
To edit your existing SOAP template, click “Customize SOAP Notes”. It will populate the Screens and Templates inside each Screen you’ve designed.
