What is zHealth Telehealth?

zHealth's Telehealth feature is the next-generation HIPAA-compliant video visit tool. Telehealth visit allows providers to host one-to-one video consultation with a patient from their computer or tablet device. Facilities that have access to Telehealth can create Video Consultation as appointment type and create new patient appointments requiring telehealth visits. The appointment confirmations and reminders for video consultation appointment type will include the telehealth link to go into the room.

Our Telehealth feature is embedded into the appointment. zHealth Telehealth will cost each facility $50 per month for basic video visits.

Telehealth - System Requirements

1. Chrome is the preferred browser for optimal use of zHealth Telehealth. Make sure your Chrome browser is up-to-date and on the latest version.
2. To start a telehealth visit, the provider needs to allow access to computer's microphone and camera. Click 'Allow' to use the microphone and camera. The telehealth visit room will launch.
