Download EDI 837 File

You can download and save an EDI 837 (ANSI X12 837P/I) file for electronically submitted claims.

EDI files can be used with third-party analytical applications and reporting.

1. On the top right corner of the zHealth Dashboard, you will see Your Name (Provider Name). Hover the cursor over your name and a drop-down menu will open.

Click on - Billing Center. The Billing window will open.

2. At the Billing Center page, there is an option - Download EDI. Click 'Download EDI'. A pop-up dialog box opens.

4. Select the date range. Click 'Search' to find EDI files for the given date range.

Click the check boxes to select the EDI files you want to download. Click 'Download EDI' at the bottom of the dialog box. Save the files to the desired location.
