A. Choose from Standard Design Templates

You can choose from our set of standard design templates or you can provide us your own SOAPE note requirements. Follow the link to know more how to do that - SOAP NOTE DESIGN TEMPLATES

If you have chosen from our set of design templates, then:

1. Before implementing your chosen SOAPE designs across your portal, you'll need to review and sign (or delete) any open notes that are using the current SOAP notes. Any open notes will be replaced by the new design and will be inaccessible if they are not reviewed and signed first. zHealth can also automatically sign all open notes per your request.
2. SALTing (Same As Last Time) will not work from your old SOAPE notes to your new SOAPE notes. However, it will work within the new SOAPE package. Anything from your old SOAPE notes won't be carried over to the new SOAPE package.
3. Any saved SOAPE templates (a.k.a. macros) will be not available in your new chosen templates. You will have to save new ones that match the updated design.
4. Once the new SOAPE package has been deployed it is not suggested to go back & edit any old notes. Instead, it is recommended to create a new note & back date it to the date you want.
5. On your understanding & confirmation of the points above, your new SOAPE note package will be deployed for all patient types (unless you specify only certain patient types) for use across your portal.

B. Customize Your Own SOAPE Notes

1. Once you have submitted your requirements to us. Sit back and relax, we will review your requirements & add it to our SOAPE note customization queue.
   
2. If your own SOAPE note requirements are of more than 10 pages, it would come with a fee for the additional pages. zHealth will review and provide a quote for the time/effort to customize the additional pages. Upon your approval you will be charged for the quoted amount and your request will be submitted to the Development Team.
3. Once the Development Team reviews the requirements, we will get back to you with an ETA around the completion of your SOAPE note customizations. 
4. After the customizations have been coded your SOAPE note package will be deployed in a “TEST PATIENT” and you will be asked to review them within this patient chart.
5. You may submit any changes in the SOAPE note after your review. zHealth takes two rounds of feedback & changes you want. Additional requests or more than two rounds of changes will come with additional fees.
