View Review Plus Dashboard, Conversations, Reviews Posted, and Bulk SMS
Review Plus allows you to automatically reach out to your patients after an appointment to collect valuable feedback. Review Plus sends automated post-appointment feedback text to patients after each visit. Once a patient responds to the survey text with a 4-star or 5-star rating, the system sends them another text with a URL to your review site. The patient feedback will be automatically posted to your review link. Clinics can change the review URL at any time to promote different sites. Providers will be able to view all active conversations and can even send customized text messages from the Review Plus Conversations tab. Conversations is an add-on feature that your facility can add to Review Plus. Check the pricing of Review Plus and Conversations here. 1. Access your zHealth dashboard and hover the cursor over to your name on the top right corner. A drop-down menu will open.
2. From the dropdown menu, click on 'Review Plus.'
3. This is how the Review Plus Dashboard looks like. You can view:
a. Dashboard, Conversations, and See Reviews tabs on the left side of the screen.
b. Date picker on the top right side of the screen.
c. Total Feedback Texts Sent, Total Feedback Texts Received, and Total Reviews Received.
d. Graphical chart showing total reviews received in different months.
e. Scroll down to view the number of reviews posted on Google and Yelp. The functionality to view Facebook Reviews is coming soon.
f. On the bottom of the Review Plus Dashboard, you can view total text sent, feedback received and average rating of each provider in your facility.
4. Click on the "Conversations" tab on the left side. On the Conversations tab, you can view a list of all patients in your practice and start conversations with them.
a. You can use the search box on the top of "Conversations" to search for a patient.
b. You can see the last message sent date and time column in front of each patient name.
c. You can click the "Send Text" button (under Action column) to open the Conversations with that particular patient.
b. On the right side, you can see the message box that helps you send messages or view previous conversations (such as birthday messages, missed appointment reminders, review message, and text reminders) with the patient.
5. If you want to send a customized message to a patient, you can do that from the *Conversations tab.
a. Enter the patient's first or last name in the search box provided under the Conversations section. Click Enter.
b. From the patient search results, find the patient to whom you want to send a text message. Click the green-colored "Send Text" button.
c. On the right side message box, you will see the patient's name and number appear. Type the message you want to send.
d. When finished, click the 'Send' icon.
*Note: The Conversations feature is a separate add-on feature that can be added to Review Plus. It allows the clinic to initiate or respond to text messages from patients. If you want to add the Conversations feature to Review Plus, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-800-459-0302.
6. Click on the "See Feedback" tab from the left side menu. This tab provides the following details:
a. Date Range - Select date range to view all feedback received in that date range.
b. Name - Name of patients who responded to feedback request message with a star rating.
c. Date Requested - When the feedback request message was sent.
d. Provider - Name of the providers who received star rating from patients.
e. Feedback - The star rating, from 1 to 5.
f. Date Submitted - Date when the star rating was submitted by the patients.
g. Previous and Next - By default each page shows 10 feedback. To move to previous or next page, click 'Previous' or 'Next'.
7. Click on the "See Reviews" tab from the left side menu. This tab provides the following details:
a. The review source shows where the review originated.
b. Reviewer search box allows you to search for a patient name who might have posted a review. Note: Click the patient name to open the submitting patient's record.
c. Review date - This column shows when the review was submitted by a reviewer.
d. Rating - Click to filter reviews - select 'All' or select 1 through 5 Stars.
e. Review Content shows the patient testimonial.
f. Date Range - Enter a date range.
g. On the bottom of See Reviews, you can click "Previous" or "Next" when you have more reviews to view.
8. Click on the "Send Bulk SMS" tab on the left side menu. With this option, you can send bulk SMS text to all your patients at once. "Bulk SMS" is available for all customers with "Conversations" enabled.
a. SMS Message - Type your text message in this box.
b. Number of Patients - This shows the total number of patients who will be sent this text message.
c. Fee to send message - Based on the characters in the text message, here you can view the fee to send the message. Fees will change if there are more than 160 characters in your typed message.
d. Character count - It will display the total character count of the SMS message you typed in the box.
e. Cost per 160 character - It will cost you $39 for 160 character message for one time use.
f. Click the checkbox to agree with the term that zHealth can charge your credit card for the bulk SMS sent using our Bulk SMS feature.
g. Review the message and all details and click "Review and Send".
9. If you want to view the count of unread text messages received from patients, click the small "Message 💬" icon on the top navigation bar. You will be redirected to the Review Plus > Conversations tab.
Note: Patient search result will have a message icon that can be used to send a text to a patient.
