zHealth Review Plus

zHeath Review Plus is a review automation platform that makes it easy for your practice to manage your online reputation. Review Plus automatically sends review requests to your patients and posts 4-star and 5-star reviews on Google, Yelp, Facebook, or other leading review sites. 

How Does Review Plus Work?

1. Automated Review Requests - Review Plus sends an automated text message after a patient’s appointment asking how they would like to rate your service, from 5 (Best) to 1 (Poor). Our system follows up with spaced-out reminders if a patient does not reply to the first review request.

2. Choose Review Site - You can easily change (under Update Info > Facilities) which review site to send your patients to, ensuring you get real, positive reviews on the sites that matter most to you!

3. Automated Review Posting - You have two choices for sending the review request:

Option 1: Patients will initially receive an automated feedback message prompting them to rate their experience. Those who respond with a 4-star or 5-star rating will receive another message containing a link to one of your clinic's preferred online review platforms, simplifying the process for satisfied patients to leave a public review.

Option 2: Patients will directly receive the review link message. If you prefer this option, you can request our customer support team to enable it for your clinic.

Note 1: Review Plus is a paid service available with our Basic and Advanced plans. If you want to add this feature to your plan, please email support@zhealthehr.com or call 1-800-459-0302. 

Note 2: You can request our Customer Support team to add your custom landline number for texting so you can receive reply to any text, including Appointment Reminders and Bulk Texts; set up patient-initiated texting (patients can reply to Conversations, Review Plus, and Patient Plus); and configure non-patient initiated texts too.
Automated Text Message Sent to Patients:
[Facility Name] values your feedback! Please rate our service from 5 (BEST) to 1 (POOR) by responding to this message with a number between 1 and 5.
*Note: Replies of 1-3 goes back to the Provider so they can dialogue. A rating of 4-5 receives a follow-up text to post their feedback at the Facility’s URL (Google, Yelp, Other) of choice. The URL can also be changed at any time.

Conversations Add-On

The Conversations feature is a separate add-on feature that can be added to Review Plus. It will allow the clinic to initiate or respond to text messages from patients. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will Review Plus texts be sent even if a Review Link hasn't been entered?
A: The initial Review Plus text will go to the patient regardless of the review link being entered. However, if the patient replies with a rating where the rating is equal or greater than the facility minimum then a review link text will not be sent if the Review Link is not present. The Review Link will only be sent if it is populated.

Q: What phone number are Review Plus texts sent from?
A: The default number Review Plus texts are sent from is 415-480-5155. There is an option to upgrade and have texts come from a custom landline number, however the number has to be a landline and NOT a mobile or VOIP number.
