zHealth Pay Terminal Troubleshooting Guide

zHealth Pay Terminal Troubleshooting Guide

Please follow the steps below if your zHealth Pay Terminal (Card Reader) is not working, connecting via bluetooth, or if you are not able to take payments. * Please note, there seems to be a software issue with iOS. If you have a Mac computer, please contact our support team (support@zhealthehr.com) for further assistance.

1) Ensure you have AnyPay Cloudbridge application installed on ONLY ONE computer in your office.
*Anypay Cloudbridge application can be installed and running on two systems in your office if you have two different terminals (each computer should be connected to its own terminal - requires special set-up from zHealth).

2) Make sure the USB cable is working properly (does it charge the terminal? Can it charge another device like a phone or tablet?). If not, try another cable with the same connections (mini HDMI or USBc)

3) Try holding the reset button on the side of the terminal with a pin/paper clip for about 10 seconds and see if that fixes the issue. If not, please continue…

4) Restart your computer and see if that fixes the issue. If not, please continue…

6) Please check if the terminal's firmware and the config are updated to the latest version.

3) Click “OTA” from the AnyPay Settings
