| Insurance Claims | View 277-Response from Insurance Payers. Our system will now process any 277 from the payers uploaded by Office Ally (OA) to the FTP server. So any error or acknowledgement that the payers report to OA via 277 will now be made visible to OA as soon as the EDI file is uploaded to the FTP server. Note: Not all insurance payers send 277 to OA, so we can't do much on those cases. |
Insurance Claims | OA File ID Added to Claim Audit. The claims you submit are first sent to Office Ally (OA) for scrubbing. OA sends an acknowledgment message to notify you that the file was received by Office Ally. The acknowledgment message will now display File ID. Make sure to note the file ID just in case you may have to call our Customer Success team for assistance. |
