*Warning: Patient DOB/Address/Sex missing

Warning Message Details
This message will appear on the Invoice if the patient has missing date of birth, address, sex, and other details required for HCFA claim submission.

Resolution
Go to the Patient's Contact Details > Personal Information. Enter Home Address, Sex, Date of Birth, and other missing details required on the HCFA claim form. Click "Save" to save the added details. Come back to the Invoice you were creating, you will notice the Warning Message has disappeared.


1. Go to the Patient's Contact Details > Personal Information. Enter Home Address, Sex, Date of Birth, and other missing details required on the HCFA claim form. Click "Save". 



2. Now, go to "SOAP Notes" section and click the "Invoice" tab. You will notice the Warning Message has disappeared.
